Bunny Pops

I found the idea for these adorable little bunny pops here.  They are so easy to make because they start with a mini powdered donut!  Besides the powdered donuts you will need lollipop sticks, a bunny cookie cutter, toothpicks, Jet-puffed StackerMallows (I found them at Walmart), pink jelly beans, white chocolate, milk, and red food coloring.
Use just the ear portion of the bunny cookie cutter to cut some ears out of the StackerMallows.  These marshmallows are flat so it is really easy to cut the ears out.  You will need two ears for each bunny pop.  Place a toothpick in each ear.  Pour 2 tablespoons of milk into a bowl and tint with one or two drops of red food coloring to get a pink color.  If you accidentally get too much red you can always add more milk.  Use a pastry brush to "paint" the insides of the ears.  Microwave a small amount of white chocolate for 30 second intervals until completely melted.  Dunk the end of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and then place it inside a donut.  When the chocolate hardens it acts as a glue to keep the donut on the stick.  Place the rest of the chocolate in a ziploc bag, seal it, and snip the corner.  Use the chocolate to adhere a pink jelly bean to the middle of the donut.  Add two ears to the top of the donut.  Package them up with some cute ribbon and give them to the people you love (tell them about the toothpicks before they eat them).
I think they are so cute!  Give them a try!
